The website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, marketing cookies, a contact form or embedded third-party media. After you dismiss the cookie information notice, it stores the first-party cookie preguli_notice_acknowledged=v1 for six months so that the notice is not shown again. No cookie is set by the notice before that action.
Technical access data
The hosting infrastructure may process an IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser information and security events where necessary to deliver and protect the website. The processing is based on Preguli’s legitimate interest in secure and reliable website operation.
Contact by email
If you write to vladimirkvocka@preguli.com, Preguli and the email service used to deliver the message process your email address, message content and related correspondence. The purpose is to answer your inquiry and, where requested, take steps before entering into a contract. Depending on the inquiry, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or Preguli’s legitimate interest in business communication and the protection of legal claims under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Retention and recipients
Inquiry data is kept for the time needed to handle the communication and afterwards only for the applicable limitation or statutory periods. Technical logs are kept only for the period needed for operation and security. Websupport, s. r. o. provides the production hosting and email infrastructure and may process data as a processor or independent controller for delivery, operation and security.

The contact action opens Vladimír Kvočka’s LinkedIn profile. Any data provided there is processed under LinkedIn’s own terms and privacy policy.
Providing data and automated decisions
Providing data by email is voluntary, but Preguli cannot answer without a usable contact address and the information needed to understand the inquiry. Preguli does not use the website data described here for automated decision-making or profiling.
Your rights
Depending on the processing, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact vladimirkvocka@preguli.com to exercise a right. You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
